Detailed Itinerary Day 1-4 | On arrival at Hoedspruit Airport you will be transferred to the Balule Game Reserve. Overnight on a full board basis including 2 daily game drives in a standard chalet at Pondoro Game Lodge for 4 nights. Sharing a fence less border with the Kruger National Park, The Balule Game Reserve is about 45 000 ha in extent and straddles both sides of the mighty Olifants River. The name "Balule" is the local Shangaan word for " Buffalo" and the resident herds are often seen. Balule has a high concentration of wildebeest, waterbuck and giraffe and these prey species constitute the majority of lion kills. Nocturnal animals are abundant and guests often hear the calls of jackal, hyena and lion.
